TroyBoi Reveals the Most Appetizing Collab Yet – A Restaurant in London –

TroyBoi’s latest collab will have your mouth watering.

Bringing his creative talents out of the music realm, the British electronic music producer recently opened the doors to BRIX LDN, an 8,500 square foot restaurant, lounge and event space.

TroyBoi and its partners, Michael Lythgoe and Cidalia Rodrigues, bring fine dining and high-end events to London Bridge. With the help of celebrity chef Radek Nitkowski, BRIX LDN will offer a menu inspired by New York’s steakhouses and smokehouses. Locals are also looking for sustainable local produce, as well as gourmet street food, aged meats, locally sourced fish, craft beers, brunch and bespoke cocktails, according to the restaurant’s website.

BRIX LDN is divided into several sections, each presenting different aspects of the warehouse. These include a main dining room, a lounge bar, private dining rooms, and a basement bar open late into the night.

Outside of meals, TroyBoi and his company will be offering visual art exhibits featuring purchasable pieces from local artists. They also promise film screenings, private events and, of course, regular performances by bands and DJs.
