A renovated home in Paradise Valley, Arizona, which last sold for $1.89 million in April 2021, returned to the market this week for more than three times that price after the owner made major renovations.

The home’s listing agent, Lynsie Olsen of The Agency, is also one of the sellers of the home, which is now listed for $6.95 million. Along with co-owner, local developer Juan Corsillo, Ms. Olsen has invested $2.5 million in work on the property since its purchase last year, according to marketing materials.

The five-bedroom, 8,434-square-foot main house sits on 1.7 acres, which includes a guest house as well as outdoor amenities such as a patio, an “oversized” pool overlooked by a covered pergola, a infinity hot tub, landscaped grounds and a custom designed 130 yard par 3 golf course as listed.
