PADUCAH, Ky. (KFVS) – A job fair will be held at the Julian Carroll Convention Center on August 23.
The job fair, hosted by the West Kentucky Workforce Board and local partners, will begin at 10 a.m. and end at 3 p.m.
There will be a variety of opportunities, some requiring no high school diploma and others requiring advanced college degrees.
Employers can register on the West Kentucky Workforce website or call the Paducah Area Chamber of Commerce at 270-443-1746.
“We have brought together an exceptional group of partners to deliver this event,” said Sheila Clark, Executive Director of the Workforce Board. “Each partner brings a unique set of skills to help us focus on employers’ needs and educate job seekers on how to use a job fair to find jobs.”

At times in our country’s history, it has been more necessary than now for employers and new hires to meet. I strongly encourage those looking to advance their careers attend to meet potential employers, explore the many career opportunities in this field, and connect with various resources that might be helpful in finding a suitable employer.
The Julian Carroll Convention Center is located at 415 Park Street in Paducah.
