New Restaurant Takes Flight at Lake Simcoe Regional Airport

Liberty Hospitality Corporation announces the opening of Off Eleven Pizza + Eats.

Located inside the Lake Simcoe Regional Airport, this newly renovated restaurant officially opened on June 3 and is proud to be part of the airport’s ongoing expansion project.

Off Eleven Pizza + Eats offers a casual, limited-service indoor and outdoor dining experience overlooking the airport runways. The restaurant is fully licensed, offering a selection of beers, wines and seltzer water, as well as the opportunity to BRING (Bring Your Own Wine) to enjoy while dining. Take-out meals are also available. The restaurant is open Wednesday to Sunday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and until 9 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.

As an extension of Liberty North (conference/event space and catering services) in Barrie, full service catering is available for private events onsite and offsite. It also offers catering for charter and business jets.

“We welcome our new partners to Lake Simcoe Regional Airport,” said Mike Drumm, Airport Manager at Lake Simcoe Regional Airport. “As we strive to develop and expand the airport as a key economic asset for our region, we are delighted to offer a convenient and exceptional dining option for our customers, passengers and neighbors.
