Globant acquires Atix Labs to strengthen and empower its blockchain and crypto-related solutions and products


With this agreement, Globant strengthens its leadership in cutting-edge solutions for its clients in decentralized finance, smart contracts and asset tokenization, while expanding the offer of its Blockchain Studio.

NEW YORK, October 5, 2021 / PRNewswire / – Globant (NYSE: GLOB), a native digital technology services company, today announced the acquisition of Atix Labs, a professional services company specializing in blockchain.

The acquisition helps Globant expand its offering in the blockchain market, which is expected to grow 10-fold by 2025, industry analysts say. It will also allow the company to continue to provide innovative and disruptive solutions to its clients in different industries, such as media and entertainment, finance, real estate, healthcare, finance, chain of supply, among others.
